Clear terms. No strings.
These are the practical terms for Thunderstarter Marketing services and purchases. Your invoice or approved scope may add project-specific details, but it will not quietly replace these promises.
Website Review Tool Communications
When you submit our free website review, you agree that Thunderstarter Marketing may email you your results, follow-up recommendations, and occasional marketing tips and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We only send text messages if you separately checked the SMS consent box; reply STOP to any text to opt out. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No contracts or setup fees
Our recurring plans have no minimum term, setup fee, or cancellation fee. Monthly service is month to month. Annual service covers one prepaid year and includes two months free.
Starting service
Your first monthly payment or annual payment is due before we begin building or providing service. Work starts after payment and after we receive the information and access needed for your project.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime before the next renewal. Your service continues through the end of the period already paid. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not shorten or refund the current paid period.
Payments and refunds
All payments are non-refundable, including one-time purchases, monthly payments, and annual payments. Advertising spend, third-party fees, printing, shipping, and domain registration may be billed separately when applicable.
Your website and files
You keep your website if you leave. At the end of service, we will provide the site and files we created for your business in a practical transfer format. Third-party software and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
Your domain
Your domain is registered in your business name whenever we purchase it for you. We configure it, bill the registration at cost each year, and provide the authorization or transfer code whenever you request it.
Updates
Small updates that normally take under 10 minutes—such as hours, photos, prices, or typo corrections—are included with an active recurring plan. Larger changes, redesigns, new pages, integrations, or substantial content work are quoted upfront and begin only after you approve them.
Communication and approvals
You are responsible for supplying accurate business information and approving content when requested. Timelines can change when information, access, or approvals are delayed.
