Who owns my domain?+

You do. It is registered in your business name. We set it up, bill the registration at cost each year, and provide the transfer code anytime.

What is a small update?+

A change that normally takes less than 10 minutes, such as correcting hours, prices, photos, or a typo. We quote larger changes before starting them.

Are payments refundable?+

No. Monthly and annual payments are non-refundable. Annual plans include two free months but remain non-refundable.
