How we handle your inquiry.
This notice describes the information collected by Thunderstarter Marketing’s public inquiry, callback, business brief, and website review forms, and Launch Score quiz.
Information you choose to share
The forms collect the contact and business details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, website, project goals, quiz answers, Launch Gift recipient and delivery details, or a mailing address for a printed Playbook order. Optional fields can be left blank. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, or sensitive customer information.
Website reviews
When you request a review, the tool retrieves publicly accessible website content and evaluates visible signals. Your request and review notes are saved with your business inquiry so our team can follow up.
Site engagement and where your inquiry came from
The site records first-party activity on contractor preview pages, the Launch Score quiz, and the website review tool, such as a page landing, quiz step reached, button click, review start, completion, or follow-up request. It can also remember campaign labels, the referring website’s hostname, and the public page where you arrived. We use a random anonymous session ID to count visits; we do not store your IP address or create a device fingerprint for this first-party reporting. Advertising platforms may receive conversion events when configured so campaign results can be measured.
How the information is used
Submitted information is available to authorized staff for responding to you, discussing services, and tracking the progress of your inquiry. Launch Gift and printed Playbook request details are used to prepare a separate Square invoice and fulfill the requested delivery after payment. Callback requests do not confirm appointments. The Launch Score opt-in is unchecked by default; if you choose it, we email your results and a short follow-up sequence that stops when you book, buy, or unsubscribe. Thunderstarter does not automatically text quiz leads.
Service providers
The website runs on Vercel and stores submitted leads in Supabase. After submitting, you can choose to open your own email app and send your inquiry details to victor.ochoa@thunderstarter.com. Email is sent through your email provider only when you press Send. Hosting and service providers may process operational request information to run and protect the service.
