Website forms & review tool
How we handle your inquiry.
This notice describes the information collected by Thunderstarter’s public inquiry, callback, business brief, and website review forms.
Information you choose to share
The forms collect the contact and business details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, website, and project goals. Optional fields can be left blank. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer information.
Website reviews
When you request a review, the tool retrieves publicly accessible website content and evaluates visible signals. Your request and review notes are saved with your business inquiry so our team can follow up.
Where your inquiry came from
The site can temporarily remember campaign labels, the referring website’s hostname, and the public page where you arrived in your browser’s session storage. Those details are sent with a form submission to help us understand which promotion led to an inquiry. This feature does not send a record of every page visit or store a cross-site advertising identifier.
How the information is used
Submitted information is available to authorized staff for responding to you, discussing services, and tracking the progress of your inquiry. Callback requests do not confirm appointments. Sending a form does not enroll you in an automated promotional email series.
Service providers
The website runs on Vercel and stores submitted leads in Supabase. After submitting, you can choose to open your own email app and send your inquiry details to victor.ochoa@thunderstarter.com. Email is sent through your email provider only when you press Send. Hosting and service providers may process operational request information to run and protect the service.
Questions or changes
To ask about your submission, request a correction, or request deletion, contact hello@thunderstarter.com. Include enough information for us to find your inquiry without sending additional sensitive details.
